Spa Etiquette

  • Robes and slippers will be provided for your comfort and a change basket for your clothes.
  • Please do not bring valuables, as Focus is not responsible for any missing items.
  • Please bring sandals with you for your pedicure.
  • Group bookings require a valid credit card at time of booking.
  • We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation.
  • Only children over the age of 12, with service appointments, will be allowed into the spa.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your Focus experience. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time.
  • To enjoy our quite and relaxing atmosphere and as a courtesy to our other guests, please turn off all cell phones and pagers while in the spa.
  • Advanced reservations are recommended, please call to make an appointment. Walk-ins welcome.
  • Taxes and gratuity not included. Gratuities are at your discretion and are very much appreciated.
